Founder
Shashank Shekhar Gupta leads the firm. He is presently the Chairman for International Trade Law Committee as well as Goods & Services Tax Committee of Indian Industries Association. This is the largest association of manufacturers in North India.
He possesses vast expertise across the entire spectrum of Indirect Taxes including Customs Laws, Free trade agreements, Special economic zones and Free trade warehousing zones, foreign trade policy as well as export/ import laws. He is a Chartered Accountant & is also a Lawyer by qualification.
He has also pursued PG.D in tax laws under the aegis of Supreme Court of India where he was felicitated by the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India along with three other Supreme Court judges and the Law Minister of India. Prior to founding Marg Tax Advisors, Shashank has worked with an international BIG 4, a leading national consultancy as well as a leading practitioner
